As imaging utilization and costs continue to rise and outpace all other areas of medical spend, health plans and payers have had few options to manage costs while simultaneously improving outcomes for their members. Traditional radiology utilization management has been effective at curbing inappropriate testing but has been unable to combat the redundancy, diagnostic uncertainty and delayed interventions driven by the fragmentation of patient care.

The company’s Medical Imaging Management 2.0 approach goes beyond these first-generation approaches to ensure that the right image is where it needs to be when it needs to be there.
